We implemented Events & Announcements successfully and were assigned the task to develop an optimized system. This system allows for seamless integration of company-offered health services and products, helping employers manage their subscriptions.
INH tasked us with integrating health-benefit services and products (such as bike leasing, health classes online & offline, additional health budget) that companies could offer on their portal, with the employee portal so that employees could easily subscribe, manage and track the products that they were interested in or already subscribed to. The benefit of this would be twofold, as the system would be able to help employees access various products and subscribe whilst simultaneously allowing employers and health insurance companies to keep track of their employees and clients in terms of which products they subscribed to from a financial and insurance perspective.
We once again worked on both the Front and Backend design of this system, we seamlessly implemented features in all three INH portals (employer, employee and the INH back office) to allow: employees to browse, manage and subscribe to health benefit products and services that were offered by their employer via the online platform; employers (specifically HR departments) to choose from variety of products and services to post for their employees as well as track which products employees have subscribed to; the INH back office to monitor the portals operations, configure available offering and apply necessary system maintenance. This system is now fully integrated into the INH service offering and is continuously monitored by both our FrontEnd and BackEnd developers to allow for continuous growth and optimisation of the platform.
