Technology Strategy & Platform Ownership

Founder-led. Senior team. Long-term ownership.

A senior technology partner for manufacturers and enterprise teams. We make the decisions, build the platform, and stay accountable after launch — all from one team.

Founded in 2021. Built through long-term partnerships, referrals, and renewed client trust. Still led by the same two founders.

Strategy, implementation, and long-term ownership — in one senior team. We take on a few clients each year and stay close to them. Our best relationships span years, not projects.

Our story

Built for companies that cannot afford fragmented technology ownership.

“We have worked inside manufacturing, enterprise cloud, and product delivery environments. The lesson is simple: technology becomes valuable only when somebody owns the decision, the delivery, and the consequences.”
— Maksymilian Piatkowski, CEO

the.good.code; was founded in 2021 by two leaders with backgrounds in manufacturing, enterprise cloud, and software delivery. We kept seeing the same pattern: technology projects didn't fail because people lacked tools. They failed because ownership was split — strategy with one team, implementation with another, maintenance somebody else's problem.

We built thegoodcode to work differently. The founders stay involved. The team is senior. Decisions are tied to business consequences, and accountability does not end at go-live. Since 2021, 80–90% of our work comes from referrals and renewed partnerships — our longest active client relationship runs since the company's first year.

Our purpose is simple: to democratize world-class technology for every business that is serious about using it well.

Leadership

the.good.team;

We are a founder-led company. Maksymilian and Michał stay close to every serious engagement — not as figureheads, but as decision partners. Clients work directly with the people responsible for the relationship, the delivery model, and the long-term outcome.

What we stand for

Values are not words.
They are operating standards.

These are the standards we hire on, partner on, and choose clients on. They are not slogans. They define how we make decisions when delivery is difficult, trade-offs are real, and accountability matters.

01 ·
Accountability
We do what we say. When something goes wrong, we name it, own it, and fix it. Accountability is the foundation of long-term client trust.
02 ·
Customer results first
Outcomes over output. We don't measure success by tickets delivered or hours logged. We measure whether the platform creates real operational value.
03 ·
Integrity
We tell the truth early. That means saying when we're not the right fit, recommending a simpler path when it's better, and refusing work that creates the wrong incentives.
04 ·
Extra mile as standard
High ownership is the baseline. We don't treat extra effort as a heroic exception — it's part of working with serious clients on important systems.
05 ·
Work is fun
We do serious work without unnecessary theatre. Clear communication, trust, and enjoyment make difficult projects easier to deliver well.
06 ·
Professional excellence
Premium execution is expected. We break work into clear decisions, manage delivery without heavy supervision, and maintain standards that don't need a client-side PMO to police us.
