Coboworx specialises in developing robotic solutions that help SME’s automate their processes. Thus, they needed to develop an ‘easy-to-navigate’ virtual configurator that demonstrated how the product configurations looks and works in real life. We took on the task of developing a configurator solution that could be navigated virtually by any potential customer, regardless of their technological expertise.
We consulted with the Product Management and Tech Team at Coboworx to ascertain an optimal technology for seamless management of the configurations. We then worked on custom interface development using React and connected it to configuration management system and CRM systems . Upon completion of the front-end, we identified and implemented detailed user and configuration tracking.
