The foundation of any project is the relationship between all parties. We start with a meeting where we can discuss your goals and what you desire to achieve to help us understand your vision.

Gathering requirements

Next, we will discuss your existing team, technology stack and management frameworks. Then, we will agree on the scope and goals for cooperation and select best suited cooperation model.

Assembling the team and tech stack

With your goals in mind, now we can create a team tailored to your needs. For project cooperation model, we also propose timeline and technology.

Setting up work flow

We will discuss frequency of reporting, communication channels, working hours and task management to create your desired work ow. This will then be summarised for you in a Statement of Work.

Roadmap definition

We work with the customer on defining the product roadmap and product backlog. We can work with client’s internal product team or directly with the business.

Sprint planning

Sprint planning

We define and prioritize deliverables for the sprint by forming the sprint backlog. We usually work in 2 week sprints, which allows us to shorten the feedback loop.

Development

We start implementation. Customer has full visibility on progress via daily standups and burndown charts. We can work independently or together with client’s team.

We demonstrate shippable product increment to the customer. We gather feedback about product.

We discuss pros and cons on current process and cooperation and plan how to improve collaboration in next sprints.
